 | | Wiktor Kotowski - chairman born in 1972, graduated from the University of Warsaw with a Master's degree in biology (1996); in 2002 obtained a PhD in natural sciences at the University of Groningen (Holland) having presented a dissertation on ecological foundations of the protection of fens. At present he works at the Department of Nature Protection in Rural Areas at the Institute of Land Reclamation and Grassland Farming in Falenty (he considers it quite natural that institutions which for years contributed to the degradation of the environment are now responsible for the restoration work). He is a member of: International Mire Conservation Group, Society for Ecological Restoration, International Association of Vegetation Science. Happily married to Małgosia. His three-year-old son , Witek, since birth has been a great lover of water.

 | | Paweł Pawlikowski - first deputy chairman
born in 1978, geobotanist, PhD student at the Section of Environmental Botany at the University of Warsaw, graduated from the Department of Biology, University of Warsaw. Since the early 1990s - when he began developing his interest in nature - he has been connected with the Mazowiecki Landscape Park area , especially the Całowanie Peatland; voluntary nature guard until the dissolution of the Nature Preserving Guard. In the years 1998-2002 deputy chairman of the Student Field Biologists Group at the University of Warsaw studying the vegetation of the Romincka Forest. He is currently doing research into the peatland vegetation of the Litewski Lake District. |

 | | Hubert Piórkowski - second deputy chairman graduated from the Department of Geography and Regional Studies of the University of Warsaw, researcher at the Department of Nature Protection in Rural Areas at ILRGF specializing in landscape ecology, GIS, especially interested in various types of wetlands.

 | | Kamila Brzezińska - treasurer brought up in Warsaw but some members of her family come from Trzechrzeczki in the Biebrzański National Park; last-year student at the University of Warsaw,she is writing an MA thesis on the protection of fens in north-eastern Poland. She specializes in botany and is particularly interested in endangered species of plants; director of the "Save Wetlands" Association's project of active protection of wetland ecosystems on the Całowanie Peatland.

 | | Filip Jarzombkowski - secretary student at Inter-faculty Study Programme in Environmental Protection, born in Gdańsk, emotionally connected with Podlasie. Interested in broadly understood protection of the environment, especially nature conservation. Currently working on his MA thesis on active conservation of forest peatbogs. |
